We visit your hotel on regular basis, this was first time we did not like services during breakfast. Staff was not pleasant, running around without system, long time waiting for drinks or order, disorganised.

Was a great getaway. Great location, close to transport but most of the time wasn’t needed since most attractions were walkable. Room was amazing, nice and clean with a lovely view of the city. The room was as cosy as its name.
