Save your money go to a better place. As What their Night manager Amina said to me rudely this is five star hotel whatever that meant? But Miss Amina five star hotel comes with an amazing service not a bad attitude bad attitude you can find in a hostel. I just asked her about something and she looked up and down at me and said this is five star hotel we are in Europe and that’s how we do it here. No ma’am, that’s not how you do it anywhere and that’s not how you respond to people. I can be as rude, but I was raised well. And when I told you that’s fine, you can be rude. I can review you said that’s fine. Give us one star we like it. Amazing attitude!! Now I gave you your wish and here is your one star. I hope your manager sees this and gives you one star in your end of the year evaluation.

Check-in was not particularly friendly, and the hotel is quite far from any convenience store for getting beer or snacks. It is some distance from the main Ring area, so taking an Uber or taxi is necessary. The hotel is more suitable for younger travelers, as the nightlife is active within the hotel itself.

breakfast is excellent however ordering from the menu can take quite the extra time, be sure to allow 45 minutes. Especially if the staff 'forgets' about you - but I blame it half on myself half on the waiter. Bed is quite comfortable and room is very quiet - i slept very well. My room (714) was rather tired looking, mirror in the bathroom developing black spots, one wardrobe had coat hangers too broad for it (!), toilet paper hanger was crooked. The room is very dark, i was dressing up for a fancy dinner party and really needed more light. These are not huge things, but as this is quite an expensive hotel the expectations are high.
