Very small room, no space for luggage, washroom commode was leaking. Luggage to room was self-assist and no help. Not worth for the cost paid. Other hotels at similar rates offer better stay experience.

Hotel was conveniently located. Receptionist and Staff was helpful. They helped me with electricity converter too to charge my phone. Breakfast Buffet was also good. Washroom (specially washbasin) was not very clean in my room. Though I simply used it and didn't complain on front desk.

The room was smaller than expected, the AC fan wasn't working properly which led to lack of air flow in the room, the bed was sinking and it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The room they gave was at the end of the lobby where the numbers didn't match, it felt like it was their bare minimum and one of their worst room's. No follow up was taken post complaint was raised and their response time for a request is at least 45 mins.

Very warm and humble staff, convenient and comfortable stay, great location if you're concerned about safety, hotel is close to a hospital, a south indian outlet, mcd, kfc, burger king and many others, walking distance from metro station and 5 mins from karachi bakery, best for solo travellers, must say breakfast had a variety of options and quick make to order items with a phenomenal taste. My south Indian taste buds were satisfied ! Good and friendly vibe to the place.

Serious lack of service, especially in housekeeping. After cleaning the room, the staff didn't change or clean the used glasses, cups, and stirring sticks properly and placed the used items in the tray. I could even smell the beverage I had in the morning and some remaining residue sticking to the utensils. This is very unhygienic and substandard. During my stay, I had to raise this issue twice. Despite escalation, there was no change in the practice. I had to follow up multiple times to get the drinking water bottle. In short, my stay was very disappointing.
