There were only two front desk agents, and both were busy assisting other guests. As a result, I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to check in. The room was clean, but it felt quite cramped considering the price I paid. I also ordered a chicken sandwich from the hotel, and it was below average in terms of taste and quality. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet the level of hospitality I expected from Accor.
