The hotel was nice, the staff was really nice and the location is good. However a few issues were there during my stay. Luckily, the staff was ver efficient in resolving them.

Hygiene issues Pillow covers were never changed for the 20 days I stayed. Some times the bed covers were also not changed and only the bed was arranged. I developed eye infection sleeping on the pillows quite frequently. Towels were not at all clean. Even the fresh towels delivered to room had stains. I am a platinum member at all.com Have stayed in various all hotels, but by far this is the worst experience. For any requests, It required multiple calls and an email was needed. (even for extra pillows or hangers) Mr. Sai Ram's warm welcome, attention to requests and kind gestures were only the good parts of the stay. Miss Kushi's courtesy to invite for high tea has to be appreciated. Overall a very disappointing and dissatisfied stay.

Despite booking two weeks in advance and checking in at 4 PM, our rooms were not ready. The check-in process took 30 minutes, and when we finally got a room, it was not cleaned; the dustbins hadn’t been emptied, and there were no towels provided for us. Additionally, we paid a significant amount for such small rooms.

Room was not cleaned properly. Blanket and bedsheets was not fresh, I had to ask the housekeeping to change the blanket and sheets. Room was smelly.
