At the initial stage, I was unhappy with the hotel given that my phone calls to upgrade my booking were unanswered by staff. However, meeting the staff at the check-in changed my negative perceptions about the hotel. The staff member I met was apologetic and caring. my booking was upgraded free of charge and later given the privilege to park my vehicle free of charge as well. My stay was great Thanks to the staff for the service.

I arrived about 2.10 PM. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. My room (539) was clean and all the furnishings and fittinģ, were in good condition and clean. The supermarket, Metro, was about 200 metres from the Hotel.

Arrived with 5 students, 2 staff late at night 9pm after travelling 5 hrs and attending a conference. The rooms had not been made up and one of the bathrooms smelled like poo. When we were allocated 3 rooms on another floor none of the PowerPoints worked (the room lights still did). Then we were re allocated 3 rooms on yet another floor. All this took half an hour and was really frustrating as we were all so tired and just wanted to sleep. The reception staff member did check while I was bringing the 2nd lot of room keys and said the powerpoints had short.

No housekeeping on the second day of my stay. On the third day when I return to my room in the evening, I found out that a bottle of half filled chemical (using the empty bottle I left in the room) was placed on the sink by the housekeeper. This was a terrible negligence. Should be sacked
