We stayed at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra for four nights and had an excellent experience. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service and genuine care shown by all the staff. In particular, Vatey, Tola, Rida, Neath and Malika made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the hotel is very well located for exploring Phnom Penh. We also really enjoyed the excellent choice of restaurants within the hotel, particularly the French, Italian and Japanese restaurants. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the hotel was also fantastic for our children. They really enjoyed the tennis lessons, and there are plenty of other amenities that make the hotel very family-friendly. Overall, we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, but above all, outstanding people and service. We would happily stay here again.

My stay at the Sofitel wasa wonderful experience from the moment I arrived until, sadly, I had to depart. The customer experience was exceptional throughout the hotel with every member of staff being courteous, helpful and friendly. The food and service in the Business Lounge and in the French and Italian restaurants, La Coupole and Do Forni were of a very high and consistent standard. With its 'colonial' style the Hotel has a lot of character and the many photographs of famous celebrities who have stayed there over the years was fascinating as were those which told the history of Phnom Penh. Everywhere in the Hotel was spotless and the pool and recreational facilities were really great. Thank you!

My stay at Sofitel Phnom Penh was simply extraordinary. It redefined my perception of hospitality. From excellent facilities, to extraordinary staff (from bell man to hotel manager), this resort is simply setting standards. I genuily never encountered service as personal as this, while feeling honestly being cared for, no artifical smiles, but genuine people that can also make a joke and visible enjoy and are proud of their work. I can't single out a single name of amazing staff, as simply everybody I encountered was amazing. The hotel manager, Marc, definitely knows how to manage people respectfully and has truely built something amazing. To Accor, Sofitel Managment and Sofitel Phnom Penh. Thank you very much and you should all be very proud of what you there ! It truely is, amazing !
