My wife and I stayed at the Novotel Edinburgh park on the 18th and 19th of April First mention for the reception staff who were on top of their game both friendly and extremely efficient, booking in was faultless our room was ready for us early as we were going to an afternoon show in Edinburgh Restaurant was good value and once again the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus, nothing was too much trouble The swimming pool,sauna and steam room were an added bonus Room was spotless and again the staff made every effort to fulfill our needs for extra coffee etc Would we use this hotel again? Most certainly, the staff were exemplary and the Tram into the city centre a 3 minute stroll from the reception

Two nights here on a business trip. Hotel and room is of a good standard. All staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a little noisy from the train line which ru s behind the hotel. Breakfast was good. Disappointed that they didn’t have lactose free milk so had to settle for almond milk. I had dinner both nights in the restaurant. Good choices and food and service was excellent.
