I have stayed at this hotel before so I know it is convenient and comfortable, (if a little noisy). However there were two glaring problems with this stay: 1. The television did not work. Only two channels worked, Three and Bravo. Test cricket was on Duke and I planned to watch it in my room when I was free but this wasn't possible. 2. The response from the reception staff was disappointing to say the least. In fact, it was next to useless. When I informed them that the TV wasn't working on all channels; the response was a shrug, "Sometimes some channels work and others don't. Sorry." This was in marked contrast to the great help I've had from your reception staff in the past. I will be reluctant to stay there in the future. I could ask first if the TVs are working but I'm not sure I would trust a response that said, "Yes. All channels are working fine." Steven H.

The room was very small, didn’t have AC and in need of refurbishment. The room was not what I’d expect from anything in the Accor hotel chains. The receptionist was pleasant.
