Generally awful, I get its a budget hotel but ti is on another level rooms are unwelcoming and very cheaply done out. The breakfast is a complete rip off, there was barely any food out and then made to sit in kids chairs to eat. The electric charging station didn't work. The male staff during the day were lazy and were more interested in being on their phones. The female staff I encountered on my stay however were all really good from the cleaners to front of house.

Parked at the front and got told off for parking there. “That’s for Subway!” The sign was obscured by a hedge. “We have a map showing where to park here in the reception!” Normally I park then check in. How often does this happen? I asked. Every day was the reply. I see that there maybe a communication issue. The Subway in question is closed. Really need to put two extra pillows in the rooms rather than having to go to the reception. Tea and coffee in the room would also be good. Found the staff not so much rude but not too friendly. We will go to ibis Central in the future. In fact we had to book again for the following Sunday and chose Central instead even if it was slightly more expensive.

Hotel is very basic, there was a huge black hair in our bed so my daughter refused to sleep in the covers. Would not stay here again - was on a needs must basis
