I GOT BOOKING 22-24...I CHECKED OUT 23 MORNING AS HAD EMERGENCY AT DELHI. BUT HOTEL NEITHER MAKE MY TRIP, REIMBURSED MY ONE NIGHT

We truly regret that you had to leave earlier than planned due to an emergency in Delhi, and we hope that everything is okay with you now. We understand your concerns regarding the cancellation policy and the reimbursement for your unused night. As discussed during your stay, your reservation was made through MakeMyTrip (MMT), which means that the cancellation and refund policies are governed by MakeMyTrip's terms and conditions. According to their confirmed policy, an early check-out results in a full charge for the nights booked, as it is beyond our control to adjust these terms at the hotel level. However, we have already shared the invoice for both nights with MakeMyTrip, as required by their policy, and we strongly encourage you to reach out to their support team directly for any further clarification or assistance regarding the reimbursement of the one night. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or override the terms set by the booking platform. We sincerely hope this helps clarify the situation. Housing not replacing water or content properly, breakfast what we order in live counter until we give 2 reminders not served and they doesn't follow the food instructions pouring floating oil, in no hotel they serve omelet with that much oil
