I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. There was significant maintenance work happening during the daytime, which caused a lot of noise. This was not communicated in advance, and as a result, I was unable to rest properly. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a night flight and needed proper sleep during the day. The disturbance directly affected my comfort and overall experience. While I understand that maintenance is sometimes unavoidable, it should at least be scheduled floor-wise or in a way that minimizes disturbance to guests. Better planning and communication would have made a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Benguluru attractions are nearby. Rooms, environment, service, staff and location all fit perfect for both holidays and corporate visit. Great service and friendly staff (to mention few known names, Munmuni and Sumana). Food is expensive but I think it is ok for holidays. 2 bedroom option not available, but still family with two kids can go for adjacent rooms which is really great and second room generally gets discount.

Subject Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Room Conditions Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on Richmond Road. I had booked a room in advance, but upon arrival, I was initially allotted Room No. 209, which was not clean and in an unacceptable condition. After I raised a complaint, the room was changed to Room No. 225. However, the situation did not improve. In Room No. 225, the air conditioner was not working, the TV was not functioning, and basic amenities like towels were not provided. Despite repeatedly informing the staff about these issues, no proper action was taken. The AC repair personnel came and disturbed me multiple times, yet the problem remained unresolved. Additionally, there was no calling bell or proper response from the staff. The room was located near a cleaning area, causing constant disturbance throughout the day. Even after reporting these issues, the staff did not offer another room or a satisfactory solution. I was forced to stay the entire day without AC and TV, which was extremely uncomfortable. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor maintenance, and irresponsible behavior of your staff. I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such issues are not faced by other guests in the future. I also expect a proper explanation and appropriate action regarding this matter.
