The manager Mr. Logesh had assisted and made the check-in smooth but I'm not much satisfied with the rooms. Especially with the restroom which had water overflows and stains and hairs. The Restobar at the top of the hotel is amazing.

The duty manager stationed at night took exceptional steps to ensure that stay was comfortable However your staff in restaurant needs training on people management as well as offer. After paying the bill , they was quite a issue

Service is really bad, it has been 3 days i have been following up for my invoice and yet no response from the hotel.

I was supposed to have priority check in. I had an online check in as well so I just had to collect the key and proceed to the room. Where as I was made to wait and the reception team handled other customers who came after me. 6.30 breakfast start. However many options were not available. And for those I was asked to come after 07.00 am. Even after coming after 07.00, still some of the options were not available.
