Well located, beds too soft, rooms too worn, ac control smells breathtaking Room service and cleaning staff on top!

The washroom is very poor for the standard of the hotel and the cooling was a bit off

I always stay here for location and the positive vibes of this Ibis Hotel Senior sales manager Aakash and front desk crew were amazing. Nandu was a great host in bar… however f&b component was a big let down in reasonable charges for a small serve of room service for my mom had to deal with F&b mgr … also wish F&b mgr was ppl friendly and approachable rather having a swift face all the time…
