As 3 years long term guest, all Novotel Balikpapan team make the guest comfortable and familiar. Always trying to look for ways for satisfying guest, it is a quite impressive for me. Apart from this satisfaction, I have some suggestions. 1. Giving a choice for Korean, Japanese, Italian and French food to guest, l believe they need a professional chef for overseas food. It is one of the way for giving more satisfactory. 2. Minor suggestion to steak, avoid to use “meltic meat”, better to use “fresh meat”, 3. Fixing gym facilities regularly with checklist, the facilities don’t work frequently.
