As a member of Accor plus Novotel/Ibis are always my priority options and after 2 years my return to Balikpapan for business purpose stay in the same hotel. The hospitality, professionalism and attentiveness demonstrated by your staff never change and always exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly enjoyable and your staff still remember me. from the moment I arrived after 2 years, I was warmly welcomed and consistently treated with exceptional courtesy. The service, the cleanliness and quality of facilities as well prompt assistance provided were truly commendable. I was a bit disappointed with this current stay for several reasons. The hotel has a nice pool, and the people are generally kind and polite. However, the level of cleanliness and the condition of the room were a bit disappointing, and I would not say it is up to a 5-star level, as advertised. The worst part was that we did not have hot water in our room. Even though the hotel sent technicians to check and try to fix it, the problem remained.

The old version of television still appear at my room, time to change with the smart one
