This is my home away from home every year when I attend Crufts. I always think that the sign of a good business is when their staff stay with them, and it was a pleasure to be greeted by Diana and her colleagues again. Service is unfailingly excellent and the hotel is scrupulous clean and well priced. The location is perfect - a short walk to the town centre and the railway station. See you again next year!

Be aware that it is a pet friendly hotel so you could see pets getting excited around staff and guests and personally I think all pets staying here should be requested to be kept on a leash. The hotel is really central. It is only a 5 minute walk to the railway station and it is only less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. You literally go out the front door, cross the road and pick what tunnel you need to walk through for your required destination. We had breakfast here but for £12.60 per guest per breakfast, I felt it was a bit overpriced. Our room was cleaned during our stay but I did notice faded makeup stains on some pillow cases and some different coloured dye stains on the edge of the duvet. The carpet in room 112 also had some stains too so they should either deep clean it or replace it. The hotel is central and it did seem like one of the best choices of places to stay but saying that Coventry is known for having some dodgy hotels.

Very nice place. Rooms nice and clean, in the bathroom you have 2 big towels and one small one . Bathroom nice and clean. staf nice and polite, I had some nice treats in my room as Im golden member , special thank you for Kasia .Breakfast was nice and all food was fresh and warm .Close to City Centte , on site you have big car park, definitely will stay again

Great hotel with super friendly staff, especially wanted to mention Sofia (greek girl ) she was absolutely brilliant during my visit, made me feel like home 😁 Very nice breakfast and great coffee. Super location near to the city centre with spacious rooms
