The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room (junior suite) we stayed in has lots of wear & tear (eg. the shower gel and shampoo dispenser was only stuck on the wall with tape and kept coming loose and dropped), and the air conditioner has a leaking problem so the closet was flooded, but thankfully the problem only occurred on our last night at the hotel. and we have reported the problem to the front desk.

Well located, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket, about 10 to train station. Accessible to Salerno Concordia so it’s the best alternative to Amalfi hotels if you don’t mind travelling via ferry vs 500euro per night in Amalfi flooded with tourism. Clean room, relatively clean property. Only negative is it deviated from Novotel standards where water fountain and in-room espresso machine is missing. For an Italian hotel, an espresso machine missing and a bar without a dedicated bartender is sparse and underwhelming. Paid for early check in but the room was not ready. Friendly staff, good service.
