Very nice hotel, great rooms, nice views, good breakfast ! Right near the Red metro line, 30 min walking from JBR beaches Rooftop swimming pool not very attractive, no views. Fitness and spa room perfect. Elevators very slow Nice reception staff!

Proximity to Metro and professional, friendly staff

The 2 main advantages of this hotel are the friendly and helpful staff and proximity to the Metro which is right in front of the hotel. I walked into the hotel after a very early morning flight and was greeted by the welcoming smiles of Ifas at the door and Danushka at the check in (reception). Danushka did his best to ensure I got a room as quickly as possible and encouraged me to become a member of Accor hotels. Ifas greeted me every time he saw me and gave some useful tips with regard to transport and shopping and also sourced me taxis when required. Muskan who was in charge of the breakfast spread was very solicitous and took pain to ensure i had everything i wanted. Muskan also had a surprise treat for me in the form of a goodbye chocalate cake. Merry served me my tea most days Keep up the good work
