Very friendly staff, good check in experience, good breakfast. We had a contract with the hotel, the only thing I didn't like is that we could not cancel any rooms (also not before a given date). With a big group, it is always hard to predict the number of persons (plus there are always special circumstances where one of more will cancel). The WiFi code was also not clear. Everything else was very good, the staff was very very friendly!

We were disappointed that during the check in we had to remind that we were allowed a drink voucher. Then we were told that hardly any drink was authorised and furthermore for one person only although we were a couple. We did not feel welcomed at all.

Surprisingly close to very picturesque town centre, restaurants etc., with useful enclosed parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room and facilities exactly as advised, so great visit! Many thanks!

The room was a decent size with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Breakfast had the usual wide Ibis choice. Although just a short stroll from the historic centre there is ample free parking outside although we used the basement paying option. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We only had one night but the town deserves much longer and we will have no hesitation in using this hotel on any future visit.

We enjoyed our stay but wifi poor.

Nice room and good service from staff. Wifi was very poor .Unable to connect due to strange validation system.Usually a password is sufficient to connect but not on this occasion. stayed at Ibis Styles a few days later and was able to connect with no problem. I suggest you improve connection experience.

Hotel was good as was service but wifi connection was very poor. Position of hotel good plus parking being available but major diwnside was very poor wifi which difficult to connect to and required constant re applying.

Everything is clean and modern, with good-sized rooms, great showers, and amazingly comfortable beds. We had problems using the WiFi, and gave up, since we have data on our devices. We would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel level of comfort as expected, close to main town and staff are as usual excellent, very friendly and accommodating. As a typical Brit I am a non French speaker so their level of English and their patience with me is very commendable and they deserve my praise and thanks as I try to learn some simple French phrases.
