On arrival, having reserved and paid online, we were asked for a deposit of €70 which was very annoying. It seems guests are tolerated rather than welcomed. Needless to say, we didn't have dinner or breakfast in the hotel.

Good location. Could have used at least a fridge in the room during 40 C heatwave. But there is nothing to complain, maybe more vegeterian option or at least some veggies at breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The lady at the reception was not friendly. She made me wait for about 15 minutes twice: the first time because she was on the phone, and the second time because she was laughing with someone else. It was very late in the evening, and she didn’t seem to care that I was waiting. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, and there was no compensation offered for this. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, which was not pleasant. The room was also very cold, and there was no proper heating. The heat pump was blowing cold air, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

Clean, ideally located, comfortable room, and great breakfast, however, reception staff was not very attentive. In fairness she seemed to be the only staff member in attendance and that might explain why all small jobs and phone calls came 1st and customers came a poor 2nd.

The hotel is very well located, easy to park at, a short distance from centre of town. Our room was quiet, lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was very handy having secure parking underneath the hotel. Our room on the first floor was overlooked by a car park and therefore we were conscious that the blind needed to be drawn when dressing or showering to avoid being overlooked. However we were here for two nights and we just shut the blind which unfortunately made the room dark when it was so light outside!
