My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The lady at the reception was not friendly. She made me wait for about 15 minutes twice: the first time because she was on the phone, and the second time because she was laughing with someone else. It was very late in the evening, and she didn’t seem to care that I was waiting. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, and there was no compensation offered for this. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, which was not pleasant. The room was also very cold, and there was no proper heating. The heat pump was blowing cold air, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.
