The Ibis in Vitre is a friendly and accommodating hotel. All the staff were courteous and customer centred. Our bedroom was very clean sand we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. Will stay again when we next visit this pretty and historic town.

Housekeeping excellent. Car Parking good. Lift not working for whole stay. What if you were disabled??Carpets need attention. Rooms need a kettle.Pillow had blood on it but was quickly changed. Not the best Ibis we have stayed in

The smallest room in the world! We booked this accommodation (2 rooms for 2 couples ) 9 months ago. When we arrived and were allocated our rooms one was a normal hotel room & one was the smallest room but very ever seen. No room for bedside lamp on one side of a small double bed. I asked to change rooms, not possible. I had to talk to staff twice more before being offered free breakfast for compensation. The staff were lovely & the shower was super.
