Reception wasn't overly friendly/ welcoming. Hotel was basic. Room floor was not clean. Shower & sink were in bedroom, with seperate toilet room. No kettle/ fridge in room. First come, first served parking- although adequate. Very short walk to Horizon cruise terminal (purpose of stay). Double bed was fairly comfy with a couple of different pillows each. Overall, very basic- did the job.

It was not good no tea or coffee for the morning, 1 pillow is not enough bed uncomfortable my sister had a 3 person room her 18 year old son hit his head getting onto the bed bunch 1 good thing the 2 ladies who were working were very nice and helpful

Firstly the good points,the bed was ok, and the room was reasonable. The catch on the shower door didn't work so it wouldn't stay shut,on e person had to sit on the bed, as no chairs provided, and no tea/coffee making facilities !!,even travelodge provides them and at half the price. Breakfast (if you can call it that) was non existant,the coffee machine didn't work properly and was attended to or replenished, we paid each £8.50 for a cup of hot water and a mini crossant is that doing a good job??. The staff seemed to adopt a couldn't care less attitude,we won't be back.

Last min booking and was very reasonable also very clean and tidy Staff were very helpful It’s not the ritz but the location is handy for town , cruise terminal and you have a tiny complex at side with shops and food eateries
