The young lady with the black hair was extremely helpful and friendly. She seemed very busy with reception and kitchen/ breakfast duties however always had a lovely smile.Excellent employee for your brand.

For the cost of this 1 night stay, it was poor value for money. No air conditioning only a fan, no tea or coffee, which even most budget hotels have.

Google Maps shows the hotel as air conditioned, it was not and the temperature in the room exceeded 28C so rest was poor. Bad enough the hotel wasn’t air conditioned what made it unbearable is the building was designed for it meaning that ventilation was poor such that when the outside cooled off the inside was still broiling hot. We paid £233 for a hotel barely worth £50. Breakfast was poor. This experience probably means Ibis budget is off our list permanently, this possibly means all ibis. You need to post a clear warning during summer months that there is no air conditioning and to expect uncomfortably hot rooms. We have travelled the world for business and pleasure, congratulations you have given us the worst experience ever.

The whole hotel smelled very strongly of bleach which burnt your eyes at first. Room was very basic with uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning was non existent even though we asked a member of staff to check it. Food was of a poor standard. No tea and coffe facilities in the room or available source of fresh water Biew from window also very restricted by scaffolding at the time. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful
