Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to see your excellent ratings for cleanliness and breakfast, and we truly appreciate your kind compliments in these areas. Regarding the room temperature, please note that the hotel operates with an air cooling system rather than full air conditioning. The system is centrally set to approximately 19 degrees and works most effectively when the windows remain closed. We are sorry if this did not meet your expectations during your stay.
