At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in certain areas, particularly with the front desk and guest relations experience. We would also like to clarify that our Guest Relations team had responded to your queries regarding the late check-out charges through WhatsApp communication. Additionally, while the shaving kit available at the hotel is part of our standard amenities, we do arrange women-friendly shaving kits from outside upon request as a special assistance for our guests. Regarding the activities for children, the Tea Party and kids’ activities were organized on Saturday, followed by a dedicated kids’ play area setup on Sunday. We would also like to share that the art kits were arranged at a designated activity area for children to pick up and participate in the activity, rather than being distributed individually. Nevertheless, we regret any misunderstanding or disappointment caused during the experience. We also appreciate your valuable suggestions regarding indoor games, kids’ pool accessories, swimwear availability, designated smoking areas, and upgraded in-room entertainment systems such as smart TVs.
