Special mention to Shruti at the front desk, who took extra care to understand our needs and allocate a room accordingly. The hotel has some of the best staff who truly make you feel special, rather than just carrying out their responsibilities. Loved the bar with live music (really good renditions of some of my favourites like I'm Alive, Lady in Red, What a Wonderful World, etc), the gym, and the swimming pool. The only slight discomfort was the food. We found it a bit too greasy and spicy for our taste. We know Nasi Goreng is basically fried rice, but we’ve had better variations even at lesser-star hotels across India. Maybe I should have checked with the chef first! Or at least, they could have asked how I wanted it prepared. Anyway, overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’m definitely going again with my family, and I highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
