We have been staying at Ibis Sharq for 5 days now and have really enjoyed our stay. The food in Oopen restaurant is great and priced well, we also think the buffet breakfast is a Fantastic way to start the day! The staff are friendly and helpful, Dinar has been providing outstanding service in the evenings. Keep up the great work team Oopen!

I have stayed in many hotels, and the customer service at Ibis Kuwait City truly stands out. From check-in to check-out, every request was handled promptly and with genuine warmth. The rooms are practical and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is very good. My breakfast experience was especially memorable thanks to the attentive staff, who anticipated my needs without being asked and delivered personalised service with a smile. Excellent value for money and ideally located close to the city centre.
