This is my third time staying at Ibis Sharq and I keep coming back because of how helpful and nice the staff is. There are a few things that would make the experience even better though, for instance if toiletries were added in the bathrooms, and if the room service menu had more healthy / light options. I also think the restaurant / room services prices are a bit too high. The outdoor area (where the little tables are at the entrance) could also be made a bit cosier and more pleasant, and could do with more regular cleaning (I could see empty cups and filled ashtrays sitting on the tables for hours).

Room service was very bad and ignoreness to any requests I call to ask WC was not clean and empty of soup or shampoo which is minimum requirement of any hotel

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Ibis. Your customer service is exceptional and caring. Room is always cleaned spotless! One thing I would recommend for the restaurant servers is to be more fluent in English. Sometimes the food came out slightly different from what I ordered. But nonetheless, I was pleased to stay at Ibis and will recommend Ibis to friends and families!

Very small rooms, no tissue box in rooms, paper cups provided, in room dinner ordered was average taste. , all of these added to the bad experience of staying there.

I had forgotten my phone cable, and asked the front desk if they wouldn't mind charging it for me, and they graciously did, twice, in fact, and delivered it to me once it was charged. The staff were all very helpful.
