It’s like coming to visit family. Staff is excellent . Location is gorgeous and very convenient cause literally anything you need is at a walking distance. Breakfast is varied and coffee is good.

This is not the first time we stayed at Ibis hotel. But the last experience was not the standard that the hotel used to offer to us. When we arrived, the night we checked in there was an Indian receptionist lady who wasn’t cooperative with us at all by saying she will not offer us with an extra bed if needed as she put us in floor 19 as we know for a fact that there are other rooms in lower floors which suite us the most. She didn’t want us to use Aramco discount as well without the cooperation of the other colleague of her which he was an Arab I suppose. That was unacceptable at all, the other surprises that the room wasn’t clean enough which makes us not comfortable 100%.
