The hotel is at a good location. Cabs are available easily to wherever one has to travel. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Look forward to staying at Ibis Sharq again.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at all levels, and in particular of the manager who provided us with full support. Breakfast was always very pleasant and available even very early in the morning. The restaurant offered a menu with various dishes, both local and international cuisine. Considering our flights, to make things easier for us they allowed us to do an "early check-in" on arrival and a late "check-out" on departure.

Its unfortunate to face multiple issues in my first visit. My booking was cancelled without reaching me. Based on my experience, I informed about my colleagues booking. He came earlier and dropped the bag, but by evening again his booking was cancelled. Breakfast is not good. They don't topup/fill the food after 830am House keeping guys dont refill the shower gel and coffee packs. Bad smell in the Rooms always.. It was terrible experience ever for me 1st time. Br,
