The Air condition was having issue and afer couple of calls the technician fixed the same. The internet was horrible every day it was not working and I have to call the technician to reset the router.

According to the website breakfast starts at 4am, which, admittedly, is unusually early but would have fitted me very well when arriving at 4.30am. Sadly I was told the info was wrong and it would only start by 6.30am. Also none of their payment terminals accepted Visa or Master Card so I had to be escorted to an ATM. Walking through Kuwait heat after arriving from a tiring flight early in the morning is nothing you would fancy. Especially since my cards clearly weren't the cause of this as they worked perfectly fine just before and also afterwards at other venues.

Have a good place to stayed with the friendly staff and receptionist ( clarissa) and room attendant. I enjoyed my 2months stay in this hotel. Hoping to come back next month.
