My towels were removed and were never replaced. My room was only cleaned in the evening after my first night. On the last morning I could not even shower as I had no towels. Also the AC leaked and soaked the carpet and cupboard. Lots of my stuff were wet. The bathroom was not clean at all especially the shower. It was very disappointing.

After my previous one-month stay, I returned to this hotel, and I can honestly say that I am very happy with my stay. The warm welcome, the kind and respectful treatment, the excellent cleanliness, and the delicious food all make this place very special to me. From the reception to the restaurant, every member of the staff makes you feel cared for and valued. The atmosphere is comfortable, and everything is delivered with professionalism and genuine kindness. I truly feel at ease here, as if I were in my own home. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ibis Salmiya and all its staff. I also thank Head Chef Omar for his kindness, care, and wonderful hospitality, as well as for the delicious meals and his constant attention to guests’ comfort.
