overall, was a good experience. the main inconvenience is the smoking room . As a smoker , i opted for this option , thought i can have a smoke on the balcony or on the window. surprised to see that there is no balcony and the window cannot be opened so I use the bathroom for having a cigarette sometime which is ok , but other people are smoking in the room so everything inside smell like an ashtray(even the pillow was smelling) even the maintenance team is using air freshener every day. carpets are very old and dirty. few times I saw people smoking in front of the elevator , on the hall so the air inside is not ok

This is my second stay in IBIS hotel ; Really it was amazing ; every thing is perfect. The room ; the cleaning ; the room service ; Iftar and Sohoor was very delicious in the resturant. Many thanks for chef ; very good hospitality from the reception and all the workers are very helpful inaddition to the amazing location of the hotel in Salem Mubark Street where you can find every thing you need. Good cooperation from reservation team. Neat and clean rooms. However not ontime house keeping team. Only one towel is in bathroom for shower while no towel for face.

The location of the hotel is really super, I was in a Five star hotel in Salawa before coming to Ibis but I wasn’t happy at all because of the location but in Ibis everything is around you. The housekeeping staff are friendly and happy to help always. Also in case of any issue the hotel staff reaponse is quick. I would like to thank all the staff for the nice stay. I was sent an email the same day at 10 am that I would not be staying at the hotel i booked but rather this property. The staff was really nice, but the hotel is so dated.

The hotel service good and location also near every where , the reception very welcoming, only people in the restaurant not helpful the Philippina girl and also the supervisor, so just I go out to eat the breakfast

Hotel location is great and convenience. Staff are friendly and responsive. Operations are not consistent and many conflicts within different teams. I was treated as quarantined guest while I am not. Breakfast is mandatory but I didn't get the option to select and receive only what they decided to serve.

I had a comfortable and quiet time at the hotel. Just one thing was there was no complimentary tea and coffee. Everything else was great you could see the cleanliness. The reception staff were all wearing masks and following the coid19 recommendations
