Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in rooms 919 and 920, which affected our comfort during the stay. The hotel technician attended and confirmed the issue. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. My room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby and many places within easy walking distance. I would especially like to thank the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you goes to Tara, the housekeeper. She is very kind, reliable, and attentive. During my stay, I unfortunately had a medical issue, and the staff went above and beyond to support and assist me. I truly appreciated their kindness and care. I booked my room without breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food. If I could mention one very small point for improvement, it would be the outside of the windows, which could be cleaned a little more often. However, I understand that they can quickly get dusty, especially during the summer. Other than that, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team!
