1. Check in time is 12pm but wait until 12:52pm. 2. Dirty pillows with hair 3. A female staff attitude is so bad. Not help at all.

We wasted over 1 hour because, in spite of the fact that we warned of our late arrival and obtained confirmation, our reservation was cancelled. They asked us to pay the amount that was supposed to be paid with points. The 2 girls at the front desk were uncooperative and unprofessional. They repeatedly refused to fix the problem blaming both Accor and the system and told us we had to wait another hour to talk to a supervisor. In the end, the front desk supervisor showed up and fixed the points problem in 10 minutes. However, I could not get a guarantee that the points I earned will be awarded. I ask for compensation for the delay caused in our trip and the terrible service to an ALL ACCOR member.

Still waiting the invoice. In the reception said they will send me and now I am wasting time for getting it. This is not good. I look for hotels that do not waste my time for easy things like this.
