It was a pleasure but will the hotel operate at a loss if flavoured teas and a water dispenser are provided in the common area since there is no provision for kettles in the rooms?

Overall good stay. Staff was very friendly throughout. Unfortunately, the water temperature in the shower kept changing from one second to the other between hot and cold, which was uncomfortable. The room was standard.
