In 2025, I have stayed in either Ibis or Novotel Tunis (sister hotels) a total of eight times this year, with one more stay booked in 10 days. Ibis Tunis has become my home away from home, and all the staff, from the housekeeper to the security guard, the bartender to reception, such as Safa and Sawssen, have become like family to me. I can't wait to continue to stay at your hotel in 2026!

every thing was just fine except there is no amenities even when i asked for a toothbrush they said we don't have :(

Overall it was good. There should be some flexibility of taking breakfast. It should not be always be included in the tariff.
