My stay at Ibis was fantastic. The reception was amazing and kind, I had a hiccup as I booked through third party however the reception fixed up the issues for me and got me my refund from the third party company. Also big Thankyou to Atiye from housekeeping she is excellent she was so helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back! Thanks

This place is my favorite in Istanbul to stay as it feels just home! Once you step into the hotel, you are surrounded by amazing and always smiling people 😍 from the reception staff to the chefs, everyone makes a great job! Cleanliness was 10/10! The beds are super comfy as i fell asleep as soon as i put my head on the pillow. Many many thanks for making me and my fiancé feel home 🫶 we will visit you again for sure

This is the seventh or eighth time I have stayed at this hotel. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff, they respond to all requests in a friendly manner and try to solve the problem. Special thanks to the manager at the reception named Busra, such employees need to be primed with bonuses, she helps me a lot every time I arrive. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned regularly, the breakfast is prepared in a varied and delicious way. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I will definitely come back to you again.
