Filthy room that looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum or clean for months, layers of dust falling down from the tv when trying to find why it won't turn on, thick layer of dirt and dust under the bed. I needed to get something that had rolled under the bed and the level of faith was appalling. I know it's a budget hotel but that's no excuse for lack of general cleanliness.
