I had a wonderful stay at The Ibis Moussafir El Jadida. The team was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and with a great ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

Hotel too old, it is not acceptable ibis to be same as this hotel, smell very bad, insect inside the bed, i took a video, cats at the restaurant between the people and food!!!!! Very bad hotel!!!!

Rooms are outdated and dirty. Bad soundproof. No hangers in the room to hang clothes. I had to ask twice reception and only got them 2 hours later. Breakfast items were not restocked regularly (had to ask several times for things). Staff ranged from pleasant to indifferent. Definitely in need of training!
