Hotel requires renovation work and maintenance, 90% of room facilities are not working properly. Highly recommended to do renovation to benefit more from the hotel location

I stayed there for 3 nights . My bathroom light didn't work . I advised every single day atleast twice but no action was ever taken . Nice location ,ok room no customer service

The hotel was in a great location. The room was comfortable and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff were also very friendly. On the downside, several of the lights in the room did not work, the room did not have any information about the hotel or city, and the packets of shampoo were insufficient.

I spent a great time and the hotel is well located and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. The room is correct not like the same in Ibis Rabat or Ouarzazate. I think that the Hotel needs renovation work in terms of painting and lot of rusty corners and spaces) the breakfast was good and so varied (I realy enjoyed my time at that moment) I'll come back next time Inchallah

One-night business stay. I always try to choose Accor brands because I'm a loyalty card holder and only once or twice been disappointed. Until now. I realize Ibis is Accor's "discount, bottom-line" brand, and it's post-Covid and there are new rules, but c'mon. First up--big signs upon entrance stating "Please wear mask and gloves", touting the new cleanliness and safety standards. Okay, great! Mask firmly in place, I open the door to reach reception. She comes out with no mask, no gloves, and was clicking away on the computer keyboard to check me in. I mentioned Accor's new safety standards and asked if Ibis reception wasn't included. She turned to the restaurant server who was there because he spoke English, and asked what I said. He said he would go to find her a mask. She walked over to a cupboard, started opening doors, finding nothing. Came back and continued checking me in. Server came and gave her a face shield. She took it and put it on the desk and continued checking me in. I used the nearest hand sanitizer (the one inside the entry door was empty) before taking the key from her. Going upstairs the two flights, it was explained the elevator was turned off. I wondered how the elderly or those with suitcases would get to the third or fourth floor. Restaurant food was actually extremely good, the chicken tagine cooked quite well and with nice spices. It was nice to sit outside by the pool. The server was absolutely excellent! Good demeanor, and up to Accor standards for the most part. Always masked. There was a major snafu with arranged room service of coffee in the morning, paying ahead for it, but not receiving it. After a lot of explaining the following morning, the prepayment I made that evening for the coffee in the morning was finally deducted from the bill. I took some photos of the furniture, the broken sink and work table (don't know if I can upload them here, but will be sent to Accor). The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. Breakfast in the morning wasn't worth the six euro fifty and in my opinion was far too high, but there was a bit of variety and was generally filling. Being post-Covid, there are limitations of course.

My experience was great as always in accord group but i was not happy after the check out when i was asked by a man with yellow top to pay for parking fees of my car that was on the spot belong to ibis . The front desk was so helpful and told me that I do not have to pay and talked to the man sitting outside. But my overall experience was great and i always trust ibis than other hotels

We stayed for one night. The hotel is easy to find and has good parking. Reception staff were helpful with the luggage. The room and bathroom whilst of a decent size does need to be refurbished. Breakfast was good.

First of all, the blankets are the same every day, secondly, I noticed many blood spots in the blankets which is shameful for such a reputation like Ibis. Overall, the hotel is in a very poor condition compared to the price, I wouldn’t recommend Ibis for anyone ever in my life.

We appreciated the courteous and helpful staff that went out of their way to insure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk (Fatima and Imad), to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, there was always someone who personally made sure we were satisfied and well cared for.

During a recent business trip I stayed at the Ibis El Jadida. From the minute we walked in the door myself and colleagues felt welcomed. The rooms, reception area, bar and restaurant were excellent. The highlight of our stay were two employees, Fatima Ezeerah and Imad! They both went above and beyond. They gave warm greetings and local recommendations every day of our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks Ibis and staff.

1.Breakfast from 6:00AM onwards, at 6:40AM bread was coming from the kitchen. Coffee machine not working. Room complete dirty hears in the bathroom everywhere! I try to talk to the manager, but she was not available. I am traveling since 20 years around the world for business but never seen such mess as it was in this Hotel ll be never join in IBIS Hotels!

The a/c did not work. The lock on the door did not work. Cockroaches in the bathroom. I booked the hotel for 9 nights as I was not sure how long i would be there for work. I ended up staying one night and upon check out the front desk man tried to charge me for all 9 nights! After some discusssion he charged me for 2 nights, I only stayed one!!! Now i have to refute the charge through my credit card company. The rest of the staff were very friendly though.

Here are some remarks : - The workload is not well managed during/after public holidays - They gave me a room without checking it's clean and ready for a new guest. The room was in total mess, I had to talk with the hotel maid to clean it - Water leaks in the room after a shower, they should fix the shower stall. - The TV was broken, I had to ask for a technician to fix it.

Good for family. Service and room is standard. Public beach is just in front of the hotel.Pool is big enough to swim for adult, and available separately for children, but the water is not transperant. It is noisy outside becasue of night playland which is open from the evening till midmight.
