The hotel not safe. My friends stay at room number 516 and I stay room number 601. Pullman front desk Staff Hassan working at night shift he try to do sexual harassment to my friend. She pulled him run away from her room. And she asked my help but still the staff came to 2 floor near my room he was waiting for my friend near the lift. It was so scary 3.am in morning. We report to duty manager they haven’t take any step against that staff. They just said sorry. This is what hotel staff treat us. And my room there is no even hot shower not working door was broken all the water from shower leaking. The food was terrible. We had lunch in restaurant it was not cooked properly we return the again we order the food even this is same. It’s very bad experience

I order steak of meat well done then they bring half done and when i request for the server to change it he say that is the kitchen mistake and cant do anything about it and he will warm it more , after he bring it its was burned and cant eat it . I ll pay any way even i didnt eat it or taste it .
