The condition of the property and the standard of service provided fell far below what can reasonably be expected from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is currently transitioning to the Hyatt brand, and unfortunately, the effects of this end-of-cycle period are evident throughout the property — from the rooms and swimming pool to the restaurant and reception area. Almost none of the facilities or services met 5-star standards, making our stay extremely disappointing.
