We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only issue was your policy of non-efundable. We had a family issue with illness delaying our departurfe by 2 days and then airline issue, mechanical, and missed another day. we had paid for 4 nights, but unfortunately could only use one. We initaiilly planned to be there 8 thru 12th, but couldn't get to Queenstown until the 11th.

My family and I stayed for three nights and were impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The hotel is excellently located, close to the city centre, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very dated property No streaming to in-room TV Bed was terrible - clearly ancient and had a huge sag in it. Totally unfit for a hotel bed and particularly at nearly $900 per night.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was a great location to stay in the middle of Queenstown! The rooms are wonderful, great comfortable beds! Great friendly staff, welcoming, provided excellent information! The balcony rooms are excellent for the fresh air! Would stay again!
