Clean, comfortable hotel. Great location as it is next to the RER station. We were visiting Disneyland and wanted a hotel close by. It was great to be able to store our baggage too.

After I took shower at around 11:00pm on first night, found that the hairdryer doesn’t work, I tried to call the front desk by the room phone, it doesn’t work too…. So I need to walked down to the front desk with my pyjamas and soaking wet hair. I told the staff in the front desk, his first reply is “no”, “no spare” and said the front desk is closed, that’s really ridiculous. I asked what I can do with my soaking wet hair, he said he doesn’t know. I’m really really disappointed of this service.

A perfect base for Disneyland. Check in was smooth. Room as described, clean and comfortable. Shower good pressure with plenty of warm water. Beds comfortable twin with additional pillows if needed. Plenty of plugs in a cube extension. Small hanging area and shelves. 1 stop to Disneyland Paris on RER A €2.20 per adult single and €1.10 per child single. Staff very obliging. Luggage held for the day of checkout. Very pleasant stay. Would stay again. Renovations happening during stay but didn’t impact on our stay at all. Only down side no safe in room.

The hotel is very well located to go to Disney and the Outlet Village. Breakfast is basic but good, there is bread, pastries, cheese, milk, eggs and coffee. The room is a bit outdated and the shower head in our bedroom was broken, we need to find a way to take a shower without holding the header. For the price and location, it was ok the stay.

I know that these are cheap hotels so I take that into consideration when writing this review. The location was really good if you are wanting a cheaper Disney trip or just flying through before you move over to Disney. The hotel is directly opposite the Val D’Europe station which is ideal for travelling to Disney with it just being one stop. We arrived quite late around 9pm however, there seemed to be no sign of guests/staff. The bar was shut/lights off which meant we had nowhere to grab some water or a snack before settling down. The hotel itself; it’s going through a renovation and I’d say it needs it. The rooms were very basic. Bed and shower basically. Beds were quite big but not very comfortable. Everywhere just needed a little love. Shower floor was a little dirty. Overall, if you’re staying here for a short stay like one night then it’s absolutely fine but if you were going to stay here for any longer id suggest staying somewhere else.
