Breakfast was good but otherwise the restaurant dinning was not good enough

The rooms are small and simple, in-room plastic bathroom unit looks weird, but more or less works (although was moving a bit with my weight). Breakfast selection was the same for the whole week, some added variety would've been nice. Pool not working, which is a pity (OK, heating of water would be expensive, but why not have it working with water temperature matching the air? I'd still love to use it.) Parking, which is free with some other hotels around, costs here 10 Euro/day.

Regarding breakfast, we were a bit surprised by your impression, as it is usually appreciated for its wide variety. We offer both sweet and savory options, including a selection of cheeses, pastries, local products, fresh fruits and more. That said, your comment about the lack of variation throughout the week is understood and will help us improve. As for the swimming pool, we understand your disappointment. It is not heated for environmental reasons, as our hotel is Green Key certified. Additionally, despite the arrival of warmer days, health and safety checks as well as administrative procedures must be completed before reopening. It should be available again within the next few weeks, and we hope you will have the opportunity to enjoy it during a future stay. Regarding the parking, it is indeed chargeable as it is managed by an external provider. However, it is secured with barriers and surveillance cameras. For guests who prefer a free option, parking spaces are available approximately 700 meters from the hotel. We also thank you for your positive rating of our team, which is greatly appreciated. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for easily reaching the my points of interest. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The staff were always kind and helpful. I would recommend it!

There was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom

Concernant la coupure d'eau, elle était effectivement prévue par la société des eaux en raison de travaux sur la voie publique durant la nuit. Nous avons toutefois pris soin d'informer nos clients à l'avance. En ce qui concerne l'adresse de facturation, des confusions peuvent parfois survenir en raison de notre collaboration avec la société Ardagh, qui est implantée dans plusieurs pays. Cela peut entraîner des variations dans les adresses de facturation, et nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Quant au mail automatique que vous avez reçu, il ne s'agit pas de la facture finale, mais d'un aperçu. Si vous remarquez une erreur, nous pouvons facilement la corriger et vous envoyer la facture finale par email ou la remettre lors de votre départ. The terrace furniture and window ledges were very dirty. The dinner on the first night was below average quality , the vegetables were inedible. I sent them back and no one came to discuss this with me. My partner had a starter I didn’t but they bought out my dinner the same time as his starter , I asked about this and they said it’s quite normal. I did speak to the manager but felt he turned the problem onto me. The deserts were not good

Hotel great, really well kept - air conditioning in room not brilliant - could do with updating. On check out staff member said they would refund 1 adult breakfast 15.50 euros. Never did! Will follow up with Accor - spoilt the experience
