We had two rooms which suited our family of 4. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was generous too.

The lady at the reception was very kind when we arrived. We could store our luggage, as we were a bit early (check in as off 4pm). We went into town. When we came back we were told that the hotel charges extra to park your car(!) This was a weird and unpleasant surprise. Why on earth do you charge hotel guest to park on the hotels own property? It is not the amount that was disturbing, just the fact that it was so. I have never ever heard of such a ridiculous charge and if you do want to charge people to pay for parking on own property, include that in the price, as this was quite the turn-off. The rooms were fresh and clean. You get one sachet of instant coffee per person and need to pay if you want another sachet extra. Come on Novotel, a bit more hospitality would not hurt. We did not made a comment on it though, as we do not believe confrontations would help. The breakfast was really nice, all the things you require and plenty of it, fantastic! I would like to recommend the staff to smile every now and then. We had the feeling the staff hoped the morning is not their favorite time to work. Finally the check out went smoothly, but we were never asked if we enjoyed our stay and to me, that should be a thing to check with your guests. Summarising: You have a good and clean hotel, the rooms are fine, but hospitality could be improved. I seriously hope this recommendations will help the hotel to improve, as it will upgrade your stay quite a bit.

very nice hotel close to the motorway. However very silent in the middle of almost nothing. nice room even it is a small room. everything very clean. nice breakfast buffet where you can find everything what you need.

That there are issues no problem. But multiple issues seems to me just bad luck or managment. At the desk the pc did not work and even our check took once we where served only 4 min we had to wait 25 min due to a guest and not enough people at the desk. However this can happen. Next the roomservice was not working due to covid ( also a normal reason. BUt than we had trouble in the bathroom and also the airconditioning was not working. the room temp was to high for a good sleep. The matras was dirty and the making of the bed was surly done by a intern. ( no problem but please check the work) our cover was just not covering the matras. I am a big fan of accor but this time is was just not worth the money

Small room, small pool but OK. Also small restaurant with unfortunately not enough personnel, 1 small diner cart on the table where you have to look in with 4 persons.....food was OK but not the quality you'd expect for those prices. Breakfast was not very special as well. We've been in other Novotel locations with higher quality.

Couldn’t get anything to eat uppen arrival (8pm) and breakfast was fully booked, when checking out… Furthermore I couldn’t get the keycard to work. 4 times up and down stairs to the reception getting a new card. Finally a cocky employee followed me to the room, while saying “this time it will work” It didn’t He then said, that if I left the room I would have to keep the door open. Which I did while finding food in the area.

After a trip of 12 hours and 1 our check-in my family and I could finally prepare for the wedding party. After midnight we arrived at our room, blankets, sheets, pillows were missing. When I complained the morning after that we had to wait 45 minutes for resolution, the HOTEL MANAGER didn't want to apologize or discuss any gesture, he just walked AWAY. When I called him a 'HERO' with this 'non-professional' attitude he KICKED my family OUT of the hotel, refusing immediate reimbursement of our prepayments! CUSTOMER FIRST - KING attitude doesn't exist within TOP management of NOVOTEL BREDA. So keep your fingers crossed that nothing will go wrong during your stay and please check you beds ;(

My stay was for two nights and overall it was good. Room was clean, the outside patio area was very nice. The few things I didn't care for were that I had arriveed before my scheduled check in time and asked the reception clerk if it was possible to store my luggage so I didn't have to keep them with me while I waited in the bar area for my room to be ready but the lady was not very accomodating and said they couldn't so I had to keep my bags with me while I worked at a table near the bar until my room was ready. Also the breakfast was not the best I have had at hotels and there was no option to have any room service but I think this was due to the Covid restrictions. For the budget overall not bad for a quick stay. The outside patio area / grounds is very nicely setup and a nice plus if when the weather is nice. The waitress / hostess at the resturant was very pleseant and the food was good.

The hotel is in a nice location, its clean but sober, but the choice of the breakfast is only cold and not worth the price of 18euro each person

The location was fine, charging for parking strange since you can park for free next to the parking area. Breakfast not what I expected. Not consistent. One day everything served at the table, no buffet and next day the other way around. I've been to other novotels all around the world and this was definitely not the best. No 4 star quality. Dirty carpets etc.

Was not cleaned - the facility kind of old, smell not the best one. The check-in very long, stuff very slow. The breakfast quality was bad.

Old style Novotel rooms, requested room on the quiet side of the hotel and got room facing Graaf Engelbertlaan (wondering why to leave requests...). Breakfast standard, no real specific food offered. Large car park (charged). At wlaking distance from Breda downtown.

This hotel is convenient as its near the motorway network but there are no amenities around it unless you go into Breda centre which is lovely. The hotel is nice bit the rooms are a bit dated and we were in a family room for 4 people with 2 children but it was fairly "cosy". Our room was not ready on arrival it was an hour late but the staff did point us in the direction of the pool and bar area which are very good but did not come to tell us when the room was ready we had to go an ask which was slightly disappointing. It also costs 5 euros to park overnight which came as small surprise but that is a minor thing. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

The stay was very good, and the hotel is located in a good location. We stay all the time in Novotel and this hotel was as good as the others. Service was good and there was ample parking indoor on their own ground. In and out of the car park was regulated with a coin which was available in the reception. There was gym and swimming pool.
