Difficultés de compréhension avec les personnes de l'accueil sauf le jour de notre arrivée, le vendredi midi (06/03), le jeune homme nous a chaleureusement accueillis et renseignés.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, tout était parfait. Nous avons bien dormi, le petit déjeuner était très complet. Je remercie Kevin du service réservation pour ses échanges et ses recommandations sur la ville. Et je remercie Aischat pour les attentions en chambre. Tout le personnel est très gentil. L’hôtel est très bien situé et proche des lieux à visiter. Je recommande cet hôtel.

L’hôtel est propre et correctement placé au Centre de Vienne. On comprend vite, avec les 4 étoiles, que l’hôtel n’est au niveau de la marque MGallery, normalement bien supérieur. Les chambres sont petites. Sur cour, c’est calme mais la vue est horrible ! La literie est correcte mais loin de ce qu’on attend (pas de choix d’oreiller en plume par exemple). Les salles de bain sont minimalistes. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le bar n’est pas confortable et trop éclairé. Les couloirs des étages mériteraient vraiment une rénovation.
