The check-in process facilitated by the staff Mis Gale was superb. She helped me. Carrying all the luggage up to the room. She is truly amazing. I checked in on 12 December 2025. But when I checked out on the 15 December at early morning 06:45 hrs. I carried down all the luggage and planned to leave them at the hotel after check out. I was so disappointed by the gesture of a white male staff with eyeglasses who was on duty during the time. I asked if I could leave the luggage with him for a while as I would check out after breakfast. I told him that I would check out after breakfast. He rejected to help me or even offer me the luggage room service. He made his face like I did ask too much from him. He was not friendly not even a light smile. But rather rejected to help us. So I think his behavior is not up to the standards of the Novotel. Later then I carried all the luggage in the breakfast room. I waited for other staff. Luckily I met a nice thin tall gentleman with eyeglasses (Gabrielle) I told him my plan to. Visit the notre dame and I was worried about my luggage. He offered me right away the luggage room storage service and carried all the luggage in the room. I am so impressed by his kindness support and great assistance.

It was my first time in Paris and wanted my time to be special and memorable. My experience at the Novotel was everything I wanted it to be. The receptionist who checked me in was very sweet and the bar staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The room was beautiful and very cozy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they are visiting Paris. The location was great too.
