Had a good stay. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Rooms stocked with Nespresso coffee, kusmi tea and various drinks. Breakfast buffet was good but we had to wait a while to be seated each day is annoying and chaotic. We paid for daily breakfast but the last day we could not get our food as the wait to seat was too long and we had to get to the airport. Location is good, close to several metros. Also if you take a right after exiting the hotel lobby and walk a block or two you can see the Eiffel Tower!

We stayed at this location during our visit to paris, This place had the accommodation for 4 people with breakfast included. Price is definitely high but in a closer distance to the train station. If you are planning to take Uber to the eiffel Tower, it will cost between twelve two twenty euros. The neighborhood is good with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar which is good. There are water filling stations available, so you don't have to worry about buying water. The rooms are not that specious for a people of 4, especially additinal beds provided. It's not good. It creaks a lot. The shower has a good water flow and hot. All other accessories like iron, hair dryer, everything was handy. The room was maintained every day, and the new towels are kept, which is great. One good thing about this hotel is the buffet, They have a huge buffet, pre made crepes, and waffles fresh to make eggs in addition to plenty of buffet options. We enjoyed the buffet doing our stay here. It's probably the best buffet we had in all other novotel. The air condition in the room sucks. It's not a great value for the money, but for the location, you get the benefit.

Hotel is lovely, clean rooms, we had a triple and it was comfy for my husband and I with our 12 year old. Staff were very helpful, great little bar downstairs. Not too far from the metro and plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby. I’d stay again.

Overall the staff very friendly and accommodating. Management not communicative, had a flood in our floor by our door and although we were moved nobody helped us and wouldn’t give us a credit for the inconvenience. There was an option to move to another Novotel but told us about it as we were checking out. He wanted us to come back at a certain time to speak with him rather than waiting for us to return. We were a party of twelve persons.

Indeed, we had a major leak that forced us to block an entire floor. The fact that we moved you all to other rooms instead of changing hotel seemed the better option at the time. I am sorry that we couldn't meet earlier, since you were out during our office time which is totally normal. I personally met M. RODRIGUEZ on the day of check out. When I was notified that he wanted to meet me, I didn't have him wait for an hour. We also exchanged through emails to sort things out. We appreciate your sharing your concerns.
