It was my first time in Paris and wanted my time to be special and memorable. My experience at the Novotel was everything I wanted it to be. The receptionist who checked me in was very sweet and the bar staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The room was beautiful and very cozy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they are visiting Paris. The location was great too.

the worst hotel do not book the rooms are ridiculously small the service is arrogant and rude the bathroom disgusting full of mold when we asked to leave bc we didnt want to stay there they refused to refund us for the nights ahead bc we didnt want to stay there one afternoon i was napping with my son a man entered room without permission and jmmm

There was a pimple patch on our towels. They refused to change our bedding and give us new towels. We needed to go down if we needed anything. Room service wasn’t available. Idk why it’s rated 4 stars, it should be rated 2. Most horrible stay of my life. The ppl at the desk were nice tho
