The rooms and breakfast were fine. But the staff in the reception maked too many mistakes. We’ve got only one card per room when we checked in, and we were charged double for breakfast when we checked out. I wonder why this mistake was not recognized before paying. In stead of paying for 3 times breakfast for 5 adults, we were charged 6 times breakfast for 5 adults - an extra charge of 405€! Apparently because we had booked two room, but we were still only 5 adults sharing the two rooms! In my opinion this double charging would not have happened if the staff member had checked the invoice properly. This was pretty dissapointing. Furthermore, we lost a little plush cappybara keyring when our luggage was stored in the luggage room.

We have thoroughly checked our lost & found department and all surrounding areas, but unfortunately, we have not been able to locate the item. We truly regret that we cannot return it to you. Nice rooms - updated decor and bathroom. Slightly old TV without the option of streaming or screensharing from iPhone.

We had a good stay, nice staff, and central placement. Parking is expensive, we used APCOA located near, 30€, hotel was 70€
