A very disappointing Novotel hotel. Definitely not a 4 star maybe a 3! This hotel has taken the " environmentally friendly/ efficient" initiative way too far......there are NO IN ROOM AMENITIES not even on demand. Quite surprised they actually provided shampoo and conditioner.....to me this was just a hotel cost cutting exercise........ Now for the executive lounge well I've stayed in many Accor hotels and this was the worst attempt of a lounge to date.... the food was below average its what I would call a "Friday night freezer special" open up the freezer and choose your food, heat and serve! Always cold and unappetising. What's with the green rice combo which was served every night.... Also the service standards and hygiene in the breakfast restaurant was shocking I couldn't believe my eyes, always dirty cutlery on the tables and when mentioned to the staff they brought me another set BUT handed it to me by the non handle end... yuck! I couldn't wait to leave this hotel. PS the ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location and thats it!
