During check-in, there was no staff at the reception for about 5-10 mins at around 14:00 on 11 Aug. 2024. Other than that, everything is perfect. As a platinum member, I got my breakfast, room upgrade and late check-out.

Hotel is very centrally located close to everything including food and transport. I had a very pleasent arrival and checkin and the room & bathroom was adequately sized for a single travelor on business. It looked like the hotel might have been recently renovated but may still need some work in the common areas. The breakfast restaurant was undergoing renovation so it was relocated to probably a function room in the basement so the setup was not perfect. Walking around was quite easy and finding food was no probelm.

A decent stay, the room has everything you need and was a fair size with full desk space. The bathroom is good and a good shower. Bed is slightly smaller than expected, but overall comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly but the concierge not overly helpful when you ask for local recommendations, or help booking activities. They referred us to websites which was information we’d already seen. The hotel could do with a revamp, it’s clean and tidy but tired looking. Good location an easy walk to MTR and causeway bay. Overall a good stay!
