The hotel is outdated. During my stay at the Novotel the entire hotel was under construction which was not reflected in the cost of my stay. The lack of working elevators. The outdated room amenities. The WiFi was inconsistent. But, the staff was courteous. The Breakfast was ample and abundant. I’d rate my experience a 5/10 due to the renovation.
