I stayed for four nights and changed rooms three times due to low maintenance problems. (1201, 1305, 605) A bathroom not working, awful air conditioning smell and in the last one the bed was broken. I am very concerned about the overall cleaning. Two out of the three rooms were not clean. I was expecting a very nice place but respectfully, I will not stay in Novotel again. I hope this get to the right people and you can improve.

We had to stay for a wedding, and we ended up needing one extra night, the city was very busy with spring break, pal norte and soccer games, but the hotel staff was vey friendly and able to accomodate for it!

The hotel was so nice loved the vibe. The staff was friendly. The restaraunt was delicious. We loved the hotel bar and the pool was so nice lots of sun!
