We had a good, comfortable experience. The valet parking was confusing at first, but we were fine after checking in and leaving the car in the lobby. The reservation notes were not read or considered, We had put a corner room and extra pillows, but this was not respected. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the room price was more than fair. We would come back to this hotel.

Overall, our experience was good. However, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate while we were showering, which was inconvenient. Also we ordered Tortilla soup and even when flavor was excellent, the chips were Chewy.

I arrive to check in and there's a rock band playing in the lobby bar which is wide open, they were lowed (nothing wrong with the music, they were good) but not the place for them, I could not hear a word the receptionist was saying, she had to scream to check me in, not a good experience, then I pay for parking, I go to the underground parking and there are very limited spaces, I finally find a tight spot and start looking on how to get to my room, I ended up in the next building which is a different hotel, it would have been nice to know they share parking lot with other property, it seemed there was a lot of construction, so the signs were very confusing. Once I get to what I thought it was my room, the key doesn't work, of course not, I was in the wrong building, I go back to the lobby to ask the receptionist which she was gracious enough to walk me and show me, that was great, she was nice and helpful. the room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, the towels had holes in them, that should be embarrassing for any hotel, regardless of class or price.

Even though there was no one ahead of me at check-in, it still took around 20 minutes. The staff showed no willingness to help me at all. The towels smelled bad, and there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room. The staff could barely communicate in English. I asked for a bottle of water, and the receptionist said she would bring it to my room, but it never arrived, even after 30 minutes. To make matters worse, there is no way to call the front desk from the room. What frustrated me the most was the invoice (Factura) issue. I requested a Factura for business expense purposes, but it was issued with the wrong company name. I immediately contacted the hotel by both email and phone and requested a correction and reissuance. Despite sending reminders almost every day, I have received no meaningful response, and the invoice has still not been corrected. As a result, I am unable to process this expense through my company. The service and after-stay support have been extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect for this price. I would not recommend staying here.
