The hotel was under renovation, and it was messy, dusty and loud, construction noises could be heard through the day, such as drilling. The beds and pillows were hard, and the furniture is very old which was showing deterioration.

Overall, a solid 8/10 stay. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and once they’re completed, it will likely be a 10/10. The staff is outstanding (10/10)—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The lobby and bar areas are almost finished with the remodeling and already look great, and some rooms have been updated as well. However, several rooms still need modernization, which slightly impacts the experience. Once renovations are fully done, this will be an excellent choice in Monterrey Valle.
