In this hotel you feel wellcome from the start, I love the staff attetions, the room, the internet, the breakfast is super vast and delitios, the waitress and cookers are so nice , everythinf flows well in that place.

Even with on going renovations we enjoyed our stay, the staff was courteous and ensure we could find someone that can communicate with us as we don’t speak Spanish,

Silva helped with our group of 51 I think and everyone was very happy with her. I was especially grateful because my Spanish isn’t that good and she was very accommodating. I enjoyed the new room ( mine was on the 5th floor) and the breakfast was good. I also had great service at breakfast with a nice older lady.
