I stayed because it was my best friends wedding, and everything went better than expected related to my stay in the hotel, i wasnt expecting a great room but i did have a great one and my partner and i really enjoyed our stay, the bed was confortable, te room was big and clean. congrats on your good job :)

I stayed around 30 nights at this hotel in 2019. This time I booked the "Executive Room" hoping it would be a little nicer/more recently renovated than the standard room. However, the furniture was equally old, the bathroom was filthy, the towels smelled terribly like bleach to an extend I couldn't use them and bought my own. The shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom every time. My Gold status had not been considered (no drink voucher/no nothing) - I used to get a handwritten note with some sweets. After this experience I'm not sure if I will using this Novotell and Accorhotels in the future.

Stayed in a pet friendly room , but the sheets were stained and dirty. I did not feel like I was in a clean room. Also felt like the room was old and outdated. I stayed in room 101 in Monterrey, Mexico

Tremendous amount of noise in room

I stayed in room 106 on the night of Friday the 19th and a “posada” downstairs made the mirrors literally tremble on the wall resulting in only a 3 hour night of sleep. I came in driving that day from Mexico City and had a long journey through the USA ahead of me. I shared a video by mail to the managers email address and was told that someone would get back to me but a week later I have not had any response from Novotel which, together with the bad experience, resulted in giving this bad review.

The check in experience was very fast as usual. Everything in the room we got assigned was in order and clean. The only issue we encountered was that the TV image was darkly lit and the remote was for the most part unresponsive, we reported it and the unit got replaced. That first TV model in particular looked somewhat old, so it would be best to invest in new flat screen TVs. A great experience overall.

The lobby is very nice and new, but in the room everything is outdated and seems very old and used. The tv was old and stopped working, called the front desk and they sent someone up to disconnect it and connect it again he said it was normal. In the restaurant in the morning had to sit myself, no one offered coffee or anything else at any point. I sat and watched as the waiters served various table, some more than once, and they never stopped to even say goodmorning to me. This was a horrible experience when you travel alone for business you are just as worthy of serve as those who stay with you on vacation. When I went to pay and to tell the person charging my situation he even asked if I wanted to incluide a tip, I was in shock that he asked after I told him of the horrible service. During check out the two people in reception made me wait for more than 20 mins while they talked between each other and difussed a situation with another guest, I only had to turn in my key because everything was paid for, my taxi charged me more for the extra waiting time. I am sorry to say my experience was far from acceptable.

The lobby / bar area is nice The restaurant is ok but the food and cooking area was incredibly dirty. The breakfast is not at the same level as in other Novotels. The room was ok, the bathroom was completely outdated.

The rooms need cleaning and updating as they are used and worn. Staff is very friendly and polite but English level is not good for all. My room was not clean on arrival. Cleaning improved during my stay, but still below standard. Breakfast was good.
