They need to improve both their service and facilities. The location is excellent, but the service is poor and the property is extremely old and deteriorated. I felt like I was staying in a worn-down hotel from the 1980s.

Had poor internet connection in the room. The staff was nice, rooms while a bit a outdated are comfortable. Would like to visit when the renovations are done

Staff was friendly from the moment we arrived, they offered help for any issue we had. The place is well located in San Pedro and the location is also perfect to get into the rest of Monterrey by car.
