Did not have hot water and showered with cold water, next day was moved to another room

The hotel looked dingy and gross! It looked like it hadn't been fixed up or cleaned in ages. The hotel was under construction which I was made aware of after I had already booked it and couldn't cancel to get a refund even though I didn't want to stay at a place that was under construction. Our room was on the 9th floor but there was only one elevator for the whole building which moved at an extremely slow pace and was full most of the time because of how many people were trying to use it. I got double charged by my Uber a few times because it took us forever to get down to the lobby from the 9th floor. The room itself looked dated and unclean. I saw some random hair on the bed that was not ours. The bathroom looked so dated and the tub was so tall that I was scared for my elderly mom every time she showered. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. Overall, this was not a good experience! Especially, that the cost was comparable to a lot of nicer hotels in that area. I would never stay here again.

everything was good, the room, the breakfast, the service, the only bad thing was the AC, even why it was the lowest the room was still hot so during night to sleep it was not as pleasant as I wanted because of how hot was in the room.

Shower was not working

People were nice but because of the construction they were noise in floor 7 in our guest over there. And my shower wasn’t working with running water. Again people were very nice but it was not their fault.
