The hotel is close to the airport, but it needs a lot of cleaning. The bed sheets are old and look dirty, the bathroom is also in bad condition

No restaurant, no accessories for personal use like toothpaste, breakfast must start at 4am, but at 6am restaurant still not open, etc.

First of all worst customer service, they had a bad face towards me, they guy in charge of the kitchen take the copies of our ids, which is fine but then he told something to the lady checking us in the ear, worst manners, then we proceed to the room, the lady never mention that we needed to summit the card on a thing in order to have restroom lights and some light in the room we call then we opened the restroom and it smells horrible nasty, no mattress it was just a flat thing there super small beds the ac never got the room cold and even tho it was super small, no iron, no remote, worst experience I will never go back to stay and I already told my relatives to avoid that hotel, the only good thing was the security officer at the main entrance he was great and welcoming besides that it’s better if you close that horrible hotel, if it wans bn we couldn’t find anywhere else we could have just left the place

The hotel use to pick all day round the airport now they only do it in morning and evening nothing in between and it not announced when booking so you make proper arrangements...it was disappointing. Also when check in they use to give bottles of water not any more or they don't sale it anymore which crazy.

Room was clean but no shampoo in the bathroom and no fridge. Shuttle service is great.

This place was not very handicap accessible. Asked for a shower chair to bath they told me they would bring me one the day of check-in and well the next day I was told they do not provide one. 2 lies that is a no no.. That is why I only stayed one night instead of the 9 days.

I stayed here a few days ago for one night during layover for flight during vaca in mexico and although a very good price. They charged me again after I had already paid and had confirmation, they will not answer the phone so although they say they provide shuttle to and from airport you still have to pay 15 for a taxi. I tried calling about extra charge they answered once and as soon as i mentioned double charged hung up and never answered again. Also do not eat food in their restaurant expensive and threw up it was so gross and fries were fried all in same grease all day tasted like and never changed ughh

Hotel rooms so clean. Rooms not in the best condition. Blanket on the bed with dirty stains. Sofa with holes in the seat . Curtain in poor condition. My colleague, to whom I had also booked a room, gab that her Room stank. There was also no complimentary water bottle in the room with her. Fittings heavily rusted by the shower. No Welcome gift as a platinum member. No Invoice could be created at the checkout. Information about shuttle service in the early morning was incorrect. In the future, I will no longer book the Ibis, There are much better options at the airport in Monterrey.

It takes way too long to check in, only one receptionist at the busiest of times. The toilet didn't flush and after waiting an eternity, had to change rooms. Shower was cold in the morning. We had a 8 week old puppy and we had to pay $US20, which was more then 25% of the room. Not a good experience, we won't be going again. The only positive was the good breakfast and friendly chef.

Clean, comfortable, everything works. Lighting not bad for working. In hotel restaurant good enough. Good staff. All I wanted. Some signs of age, ( not that it's old, but gets a lot of use. ) but well kept up. I'll probably stay there again.
