I have a reservation to use on January 2025, I canceled my flight because a broken bone but this hotel decided to keep my money, not refund in 22 days they could have a person to pay again for this room, DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOTEL, you cannot cancel and will keep your money, go with an hotel where they charge you 24 hours before use it. or when you arrive.

Was dirty ,bath old ,towels worn-out

It was a nightmare. Noise at hall , bathroom old and no clean, towels worn out.. that i would understand with a regular price... but it was similar price than Hilton..

Cost is too high related to the service and installations you offered

You no offer solid soap anymore, only liquid but if I have not my own sponge it is not possible for me to take a good wash. Also, have you wash your face with liquid soap? it does not work at all. Breakfast is good but dinner is kind of bad, I tested meat and fajitas and it is not so good. The hotel is old and has a lot of cracked paint and Furnitures and the cost is almost the same than a luxury hotel. Of course I'll pay 400 MXN for a higher class hotel and I won't recommend it at all to anyone.
