Terrible experience. They did everything possible to avoid honoring my reservation and did not provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. If official identification for a minor is required to check in, this should be clearly stated during the booking process, not buried in small print at the end of an email. Due to this experience, I would not consider this hotel chain for future stays. I will also be sharing my experience with my employer, colleagues, friends, and relatives so they can take it into consideration when making travel arrangements.
