I appreciate that the hotel is being refurbished but its taking a very long time. My room was tired, the cold water stopped every few minutes which wasn't ideal when having a shower but the staff were lovely. Prices should be reduced during this work.

The location was good, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. But the room advertised with two double beds had two twin beds. The welcome coupon promising a free cocktail was only honored for a soft drink. More than half the items on the menu at the restaurant/bar were not available. The pool table in the lobby was missing a ball and the triangle to rack the balls... the list of small problems is long enough that I'll stay at another hotel next time I'm in the area.
