Keys to open the doors were not working correctly, they replaced them twice. Beds are so uncomfortable.

No water to drink in room, bathroom door didnt close

I am a member of Hotels Accor in Europe and I use their services frequently. I usually stay in Ibis styles in northern Spain, and the price is reasonable and the service superb. I thought Monterrey was no different. It is the worst hotel I have been for a very long time. I took some pictures of the filthy room interior. They are really unveliabable.
