I stayed there for two weeks for Christmas and New Years, and had a pleasant stay! The location is in an awesome part of the city where it was convenient to have deliveries. The shopping centers in the area are beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

the card reader in the room door did not function correctly -!every time I had to go to the the reception to get the cards programmed ( it was not the cellphone or anything related, it just did not work)

The welcome from the staff was very uncomfortable, there where 3 people working and they didn't acknowledge us for a while even though we were at the counter. The bedsheets had hair and it seemed poorly cleaned. We were not given a floor towel. The details of the room had poor quality, like the lack of shelf space, the spare bed space with a cover, the small shower head.
