The welcome from the staff was very uncomfortable, there where 3 people working and they didn't acknowledge us for a while even though we were at the counter. The bedsheets had hair and it seemed poorly cleaned. We were not given a floor towel. The details of the room had poor quality, like the lack of shelf space, the spare bed space with a cover, the small shower head.

La estancia y la habitación muy buena en general. Muy cómoda. El único "pero" es el comedor. La comida en mi opinión no tenía buen sabor y los asientos, los sillones sobre todo, me daban la sensación de que se iban a romper. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto, la atención del personal muy buena, muy amables.
