the lockbox did not work i had to ask the reception team three times over 2 days to fix and they did not. The aircon made a loud buzzing noise so my sleep was disturbed.

As soon as I got to the hotel, I was greeted enthusiastically by one of the employees on duty. He explained everything to me and even gave me suggestions as to where I could go eat. There were plenty by the way as there’s a small plaza/mall right across the hotel and another restaurant right next to Novotel. The room was very clean and cozy. As I was walking out and then in, the same person that had checked me in acknowledged me warmly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in middle of construction, just after my arrival twice the alarms went off and most of the guests evacuated according to the protocol. Lunch was good and so I expected dinner, but breakfast was expensive and not worth it, same price as Hilton but lower quality over Novotel and neither the two times was completely ready. Not enough light at the rooms, mirror light was not working, air conditioner was also not reaching the temperature required, pillows were awful and WIFI continuously failing.
