Stayed from Thu 2/Apr until Tue 7/Apr. My room was not serviced once. On my third day Sat 4/Apr I enquired about it and they said room was definitely going to get serviced that day. When I returned back to room after being out all day, found room still not serviced. Took matters into my own hands and dumped all the wet floor mats and used towels into the laundry room and got myself fresh mats & towels since no hotel staff bothered to do it. I would like an explanstion from hotel management else my money back.

Booked 1 night just to sleep for my husband and 2 sons when they driove from the Gold coast to Melbourne . They arrived at 10pm and needed a good sleep but the fire alarm woke them up at 5am. Room was not well cleaned with hairs on all beds , reverse cycle aircon was smelly when turned on. Would not stay again
