Our stay at Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna was absolutely fantastic. The team made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the difference was the genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find such warmth and professionalism combined!!! Thank you to the entire team—we will remember this stay and definitely come back!

Hello, Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is clean and quiet. 8 rating because : I would have appreciate access to boiler ( could be in room or ina dedicated room) for a coffee, tea, herbal tea. Room was clean a little outdated. breakfast was as expected
