We stayed at this hotel for a short break considering the price we paid we were blown away by the recently renovated rooms, they are gorgeous, massive TV comfy beds and lovely showers, staff also welcoming and kind, and there is a supermarket just across the road. Only thing is it is around a 30 minute journey away from the centre using public transport but the metro and trams are brilliant and very useful. I highly recommend to stay here.

I think the biggest problem is the staff, guests are willing to accept a lot of problems if at least the staff talks to you with a smile or some respect. We stayed here for 5 nights and I don't remember a single staff who spoke to my family with a smile or with cooperation. In fact, every single time the staff seemed to behave like our existence was hugely inconvenient to them. Rooms are OK-sized, but amenities are really lacking, we got a free water bottle on only two of the 5 nights we stayed here, after which we were simply told to buy it. Breakfast is mediocre and with no variation from one day to the next. Phones to the front desk are not picked up at night, so it is not really a 24 hour front desk. But the biggest problem is definitely the rude and unwelcoming staff, I have travelled all over the world and it was one of my worst experiences. Also, the location is far from city center and not much to do in the local area. Overall 0/5.

I had a great welcome. Even if the hotel was in moments of renovation, (which I think for the hotel team to have felt uncomfortable towards the customer) but they did not show this trying to always be available for everything to the clients. However, one day the hotel was of another vision: beautiful and fantastic (reception, piano bar and restaurant), amazing. I found my room clean tidy and everything available. I also had parking available with a small expense but with excellent security. EXCELLENT HOTEL!!!

I stay in hotels of this chain all the time, in different countries and cities. But this is the first time I encountered such a terrible room. Not only the towels were all stained and in general the room was old and dirty, but instead of a bed there were just boards. It was not even possible to sit on it - the mattress fell to the floor. I almost fell down several times. I did not have the opportunity and strength to contact the hotel administration when I stayed there. But after I left, I tried several times to contact the hotel and somehow solve this issue. But my complaints were simply ignored. I don't recommend it to anyone. 170€ were wasted.

Ni mention on booking that the hotel was under renovations. Severe disruptions to the facilities. Staff were apologetic. Atleast we had a newly renovated room, very comfortable atleast with a good shower, comfortable bed and air con. But building works are meant to begin at 10.30, but the noise is unbearable. Try going to the pool and was verbally assulted by Mar a member of staff who said we should not be there at that time. Really, really upsetting situation. We said we did not know but she shouted that the door was closed. True, it was closed but not locked and no sign to say it was closed. Surprise, later in the day a sign went up with pool hours. I guess you are meant to suffer with the noise in your room. Nothing at all like the photos. No bar, no restautant, no gym, no hotel reception area. Full of dust. We really overpaid compared to what we were promised and treated.
