Too expensive room (Legendary), nothing finally to offer, and small for a family of four. Whenever you turn on the lights in the toilet, the entire room has light as there is no real wall between the room and the toilet. Breakfast was crowdy and we were sit in a very narrow table. One elevator was out of order and we had to take the one for the staff passing by the corridor used by them. Very polite ladies at the reception. Nice bed and linen

The breakfast scrambled eggs were bad; my room door had to be fixed and I had to be waiting for a while when I needed to rest; one of the 2 main lifts were broken and I had to wait a long time for it; I have requested an invoice, and it had my personal data incorrect and I was told I would received a new one corrected in my email and I was sent again the incorrect one.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly. The food was very good. I loved that there was decaf coffee readily available with the different types of milks. The atmosphere was lovely. One small issue was that my shower water was not burning hot, which is probably a good thing, but I love a steaming hot shower. I'm sure if I had said something they would have fixed it, but when everything else is really good, I didn't want to mention that. The staff are amazing. thank you.
