Nothing too much to fault inside the hotel which was clean and comfortable, except maybe the limited dinner menu. Drinks very expensive. Car parking free but beware. We parked up 2 motorcycles in the motorcycle parking area and one of them was hit by a large van which rammed the back of it damaging the rear end. The parking spot the van was in was not a designated parking area for any vehicle as it was painted red. There are big signs everywhere to park in the right parking spots or receive a hefty fine. Clearly this isn’t policed. We shipped our motorcycles from Australia so to get them damaged in a car park of a hotel brand we have trusted for many years is both a sadness and a huge disappointment. The security gate only worked on the first night. The second night there were a number of cars coming in and out almost patrolling at around 3am clearly not residents. Third night there was a bang but couldn’t see what happened. Fourth night van came in at midnight and hit the bikes which set off the alarms and had the whole hotel awake. They clearly just ran in to the hotel and knew exactly what they’d done. So make sure the security gate is working if you at least want some protection for your vehicle.
