Not receiving regular and thorough cleaning is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are very sorry that this affected your overall comfort. Regarding the noise in the bar and restaurant area, we would like to kindly clarify that our hotel is a family-oriented property, welcoming many guests traveling with children. As such, the bar and restaurant can occasionally be livelier, particularly during holiday periods. That said, we fully understand that this was disturbing for you, especially as it was not clearly communicated in advance, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
