Arrived 7th for 3 nights. Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is out of this world! So much choice. I had fresh omelette every morning. Not to far to walk into centre. Would recommend Gangnam Charcoal Korean Food, amazing! We also ate at Pivovarsky dum benedict, food here delicious but book table. Cocktails in hotel are soooo good. Long island iced tea and Negroni were our favourites and cheap! We got reception to book dinner cruise for our last night. £132 for 2. Don't waste your money. Was foggy so couldn't see anything. Had a singer singing English songs. Tour before was ok, nothing spectacular. Welcome drink 1/2 glass of Prosecco. Food not hot. Wish we had saved our money and booked a nice dinner out!! Will definitely be back to the hotel again.

The hotel is a lovely oasis of calm in the busy city. Room was lovely, clean and a comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant are lovely to sit in with, by hotel standards, reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and efficient, I can't fault anything. Only one thing if you are looking for a hotel right in the centre don't be fooled by the name of the hotel it's a decent walk to Wenceslas Square.

Arrival and check-in was fine. Only the processing of the credit card for the guarantee did not go through and we did not find this out until check-out. We were there 3 nights so we could, and should, have been contacted by reception to inform us of this and not wait until check-out when time is short to catch transportation. Also at check-out there was an issue with maestro so we coukd not use our debit cards either and eventually had to (unneccessarily) withdraw cash from the machine in the hall. There should be another payment option available i.e. transfer to bank account when systems are not working correctly The room was nice and clean. Although very warm. The use of the ventillation did not help cool the room down. Only by keeping the window open for the duration of our git the room to a comfortable temperature on the last day. The room was sufficiently sound-proofed. The choice of be able to get water and also sparkling water from the machines on the corridor was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was sufficiently stocked with a wide range of products to give one a good start to the day. You could do better with the gluten free options for people with a gluten intollerance. There should be more bread options. On one morning we had to ask for gf bread. Plus the gluten free products should be placed separately away from containing gluten and there should be a separate toasting machine for gf products. You cannot expect people with a gluten allergy to use a machine that is also being used for products containing gluten. There are some very good gluten free bakeries in Prague. May be you should get in contact with them regarding supply. The hotel is nicely situated. It is within walking distance of most the attractions and transport, but also relatively quietly situated.
