Comfortable, quite room.

Efficient and fast online check in, very friendly receptionists.

Everything about ourstay at The Sofitel Athens was first class. At check- in evrerything was waiting for us so we were in our room within a few minutes. The room and bathroom was prepared perfectly and we felt all Covid precautions had been taken. Meals in the restaurant were very good and served by very friendly and helpful staff. We also visited the bar and once again were served in a friendly and professional manner. We had a fast check out, so we were straight into the airport with no delay. Our whole stay was excellent and we will most certainly return here in the future.

Check in went smoothly at 2 AM. Room was comfortable; lovely breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located only steps from the airport exit doors. This is a great option for international travelers who have early AM flights. Our room was clean, dark, and stocked with all the essentials we need to clean up and get a good night’s rest before heading back to the airport at 3am.

My entire experience was positive. Room was available at 10:30 am. Room extremely clean. Great amenities. Informative staff. Artemis Cafe: good food and service.

Great accommodations, pleasant staff, clean and well thought out rooms, restaurant and bar great too. Loved Marta she was an absolute joy.

As usual, our stay was really lovely - from the welcome when we checked in, our drink in the bar in the evening, the magnificent bed (what a great sleep we had) and the breakfast the following morning. Cannot fault the Sofitel - simply the best.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, room was nice. We had high expectations upon getting to the room and then it all fell apart. Our air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room below 22 Celsius. We changed rooms and that room also would not get below 22 Celsius. The maintenance man adjusted the vent blades, put his hand 4” from the vent and told us, “See? It’s cold.” No effort to fix it. We lost power to the room three times during the night and woke up to 24 degrees Celsius. So, it was warm and we slept poorly. Not a great way to start a 16 hour travel day. Service in the dining room was sub par for such a nice looking place and the prices.

Luxury hotel with excellent room and excellent breakfast at 1 min walk from airport. Expensive but you save the 40-50 euro taxi cost of going to another hotel downtown. Only disadvantage is that you cannot open windows with the nice weather (sound isolation)

Our experience at Sofitel was excellent from all aspects, for sure well located in terms of access to the airport. Staff were very courteous. The hamburger sandwiches were a real treat. Mattresses were exceptional! Will stay there again for sure

Since we had a very early departure on the 25th (6am), being located across the street from the airport was incredibly convenient. The staff was great and the hotel is spotless. The only criticism was the weight of the duvet which was very hot but other than that, we loved the hotel. Keep up the great work!!

This hotel is connected to the airport which makes it super convenient, but above that, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and very welcoming. They truly have the best customer service and wanted to make sure our stay was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

We checked in after a long travel and had an extremely good meeting with the reception desk. The service from all the people working in the hotel, were more than we on beforehand had expected.

I had an early flight back to the US and decided it was best to stay next to the airport. Checkin was easy. They kindly upgraded my room and sent up some Greek treats. The room was large and very beautiful! Modern updates and great layout. I ordered room service, it came up pretty quickly and was really large portions so the prices seemed quite reasonable. Checkout at 4am was extremely quick and easy.
