Very poor hotel, would not stay in a personal capacity but was here with work. Rooms are very dated and not the cleanest, carpets were from the 1980’s I kid you not!! Uncomfortable room with poor facilities. Tiles on bathroom floor were broken and dangerous.I stay in plenty of hotels and this was one of my worst, I would not recommend and would stay again!

Great customer service by the reception team, however the rooms were very disappointing and the carpets were dirty and had a bad odour. On the morning of check out I was also rudely woken by room service who entered my room while I slept. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The room and bathroom were very clean, props to the housekeeping team! The front of house staff were lovely and accommodating... even kept my jacket (which I foolishly left behind!) to collect the following day. Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend!

We have stayed in a few ibis hotels and this is the best one. Staff go out of there way to help you. Breakfast was lovely and they always had fresh scramble egg ready for me. We went for a weekend crafting and staff always loved to hear about our day over hot chocolate. Would definitely stay here again, rooms were very clean and big, quite place, plenty of disabled parking

We had a warm welcome by the staff. The room was set well with roses to mark the occasion for which we were there for. The staff also made sure that we had breakfast despite being the guest to come down. We want to especially thank Carol and Thea in fact all your staff were excellent. They make our stay enjoyable.
