Very disappointed, after prebooking a travel cot and rooms next to each other, on arrival this wasn't the CASE and was left with a baby to sleep without a COT! Locks on doors don't work! Saff very friendly though!

Very disappointed, after prebooking a travel cot and rooms next to each other, on arrival the very friendly staff informed us that they weren't next to each other but would kindly change our rooms so they would be. The travel cot should of been in the room and wasn't and after the staff searching around came and knocked to say they had run out but would give us one for our second night! We now had a baby with no where to sleep who was very tired with a room with 2 single rooms at 11pm at night!!! YES VERY STRESSFUL! I tried to purchase one but obviously it was too late! Luckily I managed to get wake up our friends who lived 20 minutes away to climb into their loft to get out a travel cot at midnight! We would then have to ask one of the staff members to let us into our room as the locks don't work! The most frustrating thing! We then went down for breakfast after having a small amount of sleep to be greeted with the smallest breakfast plate I've seen with the poorest quality ingredients which we paid quite a lot of money for. Each day we had to go to our room to come down and get someone to let us into our rooms as neither keys would work. They would give us more keys which wouldn't work again and then getting quite frustrated carrying babies up and down to our rooms we asked if someone would just come and let us in and said they are sick of these locks as they are 30 years old so always problems. Luckily we weren't in much but still frustrating to have to get someone to let you in your room every time! It wasted agers!

I had a fantastic experience with Mandy at the Ibis . Her customer service was outstanding—she was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Her warm demeanor and professionalism truly made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel is in lower end of the market , but Mandy’s approach and assistance made it feel five star Highly recommend seeking her assistance if you’re staying here!

Hotel staff were polite throughout and very informative. Hotel was clean throughout. Beds looked basic but were so comfy that we slept so well. My only criticism is the rooms were dated. Thin carpet and a small tv perched on the end of the desk which was screwed down. Decor needed freshening up for that perfect comfortable stay.
