Nous avons déjà séjourné à de nombreuses reprises dans des Novotel mais n'avions jamais été aussi déçus par le couchage proposé aux enfant. nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un convertible deux place pour les enfants. Il s'est avéré très étroit, trop petit pour deux enfants de 10 et 12 ans. La couette quand à elle était trop petite clairement pas adaptée pour deux personnes. Résultat : les enfants étaient à l'étroit et ont eu froid

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, avec un emplacement idéal près du Rhin et de plusieurs musées. Nous sommes des clients réguliers des hôtels Novotel, les chambres sont globalement conformes aux standards habituels. À noter toutefois une salle de bain un peu plus petite. Excellent service au bar et au petit-déjeuner. Check-in et check-out très rapide. Gros point négatif toutefois : nous avons réservé via l’application ACCOR, le prix annoncé était “tout compris”, mais des taxes supplémentaires ont été demandées à l’arrivée. Le personnel a reconnu une erreur de l’application… pourtant répercutée sur le client. Inacceptable. Autre point à améliorer : nous avions loué des vélos tandem. Étant plus longs et plus lourds que des vélos classiques, nous avons dû les transporter dans l’ascenseur, les soulever et les incliner pour accéder au parking. L’accès par la sortie des voitures, bien plus pratique, nous a été refusé.

At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience regarding the additional taxes requested upon arrival. Unfortunately, there are currently technical issues affecting the display of certain rates and taxes within the ACCOR application. We fully understand how frustrating and confusing this situation can be from a guest perspective, especially when the booking appears as fully included. Please be assured that this is already being addressed internally and should be resolved soon. Regarding the tandem bicycles, we understand that access to the parking area would have been more convenient. However, for safety reasons, the garage entrance and exit areas cannot be opened for pedestrians or bicycles, as the gate system is automated and could create risks when passing through. Un novotel qui tient son rang, bien que moins "pet friendly" que celuil d'Aix la Chapelle, où nous avons nos habitudes.
