aucun tel dans les chambres urgence de santé dans la nuit sans réponses service pas a la hauteur ménage des chambres catastrophique et SALE mention bien pour Mohamed à la reception

It is not acceptable to us that you felt insufficiently supported during a medical emergency, as this does not reflect our standards of service and safety. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre et petit déjeuner de moins bonne qualité par rapport aux autres Novotel que nous avons fait (France et Luxembourg).

Le canapé lit pour les enfants n'etait pas confortable et une seule couette une personne ( plus etroite que le lit) était fournie pour les 2 enfants. Aucune couette supplémentaire dans les armoires. Bref, les enfants ont mal dormi en se bataillant la couverture. A 1h00 du matin, pas de telephone en chambre et pas le courage de descendre en pijama a la reception. Au petit dejeuner, j'en ai informé la reception qui a ecouté sans reagir ni s'excuser ( mais avec un grand sourire). J'ai demandé où introduire une plainte mais pas de reponse non plus... Bref, deçu du sejour chez Novotel**** Les chambres famille sont plus confortables chez B&B ou Greet. Pour le reste, parking et petit dejeuner top!
