La seule chose que nous n'avons pas apprécié, c'est de payer une taxe supplémentaire, alors que le prix prévu était taxes comprises.

Hôtel très bien situé. Le centre est accessible en transport, métro au pied de l’hôtel, mais également à pied en 10/15mns. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, le restaurant est très bon. Le personnel est globalement sympathique et réactif. En revanche, les chambres du 1er étage puent terriblement les égouts, impossible d’y rester. Nous avons été relogés et en avons été très satisfaits. Le point vraiment négatif réside dans le fait de ne pas avoir eu d’eau dans la chambre (pourtant compris dans le séjour!). Pas une fois nous n’avons eu de bouteilles après le nettoyage de la chambre, et les femmes de ménage ne parlent pas anglais, elles ne comprennent pas! Chaque matin nous avons dû réclamer de l’eau, soit à la réception, soit au bar pendant 5 jours! Et puis les verres de la chambre ont disparu le premier matin et ne sont jamais revenus!!! Sans compter la pièce où l’on peut repasser au 4eme étage. Une porcherie, qui semblait squattée par un sdf!!! Impossible d’y rester, trop sale et malodorante. Nous n’avons donc pas osé aller voir la salle de fitness! Accès ni sécurisé ni surveillé dans les étages!!! Pas rassurant du tout! Avec un gros effort, cet hôtel pourrait être bien meilleur.
