Unprofessional and not customer friendly .... incorrect payment was collected and will not be refunded !!! Background: We wanted to book breakfast and presented our debit card at the counter. According to the Ibis employee, the machine wasn't working, so we paid cash, but in the meantime, the amount owed had been debited 3 times (...) from my account. Contacting the reception desk afterward led to nothing for weeks. They pretended to be ignorant and acted as if they couldn't see that the amount had been deposited 3 times. All in all, Ibis is a real no-go; we'll never go back...

Homeless encampment right outside the door. Interior is very dim and gloomy no overhead lighting. Mattress is flat. Sewer gasses coming from weird toilet box. Noisy not insulation for hallway and other rooms. Breakfast was pathetic offerings. Not a good location or hotel. Regret booking here.

Such a dishonest opinion. Fully renovated in 2019 with a nice team, you should consult guest comments.

Was on 10th floor. Water pressure was weak. One mm to the left or right would make it scolding hot or ice cold, on first morning. Second morning hot water kept stopping and when came out was cold. Took ages to rinse soap off. Not pleasant. Also no toilet lis. This is extremely unhygienic because of the splatter when toilet flushed. I could see marks on the inside of the door indicating that it slashes everywhere and does not get cleaned everywhere. Will not be staying in ibis budget again.

We are surprised, no claim during your stay while team is available 24/24.
